A 3-Phase Consultancy Model for Organisations

Every engagement begins with Leadership & Team Pressure Mapping, a structured insight phase designed to understand how sustained pressure is currently affecting confidence, regulation, leadership behaviours, and team performance.

Through focused conversations with leaders, managers, and selected teams, I seek to identify:

  • Where pressure is highest and most sustained

  • Patterns of confidence erosion or decision fatigue

  • Signs of chronic nervous system activation impacting performance

  • Emotional load within key roles or teams

  • Leadership behaviours that may unintentionally amplify stress

A specialist in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health and emotional difficulties, I draw upon an array of evidence-based psychological models in my work. These include although are not limited to Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and relational approaches. With a strong interest in the connection between body and mind, I am particularly interested in somatic approaches for health and wellness. Indeed, integrating science-based breathwork and somatic movement practices, I seek to support you to release held patterns and regulate your nervous system for mind-body healing, emotional resilience, and a more connected sense of self.
