With over twenty years experience in the field of Clinical Psychology and mental health services, I have supported individuals through complex emotional challenges while developing a deep passion for restorative wellbeing.
My work now focuses on offering a gentler, psychology-informed space for women seeking sustainable wellbeing beyond survival mode.
Integrating psychology, nervous system support, somatic awareness, and restorative practices, I created this space to help women move beyond burnout through meaningful rest, rebuilding, and self-reclamation.

1:1 Restorative Wellbeing Sessions - private support for women navigating burnout, life transitions, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress. Return to yourself with clarity, boundaries, and sustainable self-care.
This is gentle psychological support with lower emotional burden than traditional therapy.
Nervous System Wellbeing - practical and somatically-informed approaches to increase mind-body connection, strengthen nervous system resilience and restore emotional balance.
