Clinical Expertise Applied to Individual Need and Organisational Performance
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Resilience & Performance Consultant. Having worked in the field of Clinical Psychology for over twenty years, I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a Chartered member and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Clinical Supervisor and registered Consultant with Bupa.
My Background
As a qualified Clinical Psychologist, I have extensive experience working with adults with complex needs and a range of mental health difficulties. During my clinical practice, I have advanced understanding of how chronic stress and emotional overload affect behaviour, cognition, and decision-making. Over time, I realised that many of the challenges faced by organisations, including burnout, loss of confidence, and leadership strain, are not individual failings. They are predictable, systemic responses to sustained pressure without sufficient support for regulation, recovery, and resilience.
This insight means that in addition to offering 1:1 clinical work, I also provide organisational consultancy, applying my expertise to help high-pressure organisations proactively address these challenges.
