About Your Psychologist

Background & Expertise

Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Dr Sophie Cash, a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working within adult mental health services, supporting individuals through a wide range of complex psychological and emotional challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with women navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, and the often unseen weight of holding so much for others whilst neglecting their own wellbeing.

Whilst my clinical background has provided me with expertise in mental health, my work has gradually evolved into something gentler, more restorative, and deeply aligned with what I believe many women truly need - a compassionate space that prioritises healing, nervous system support, and self-reconnection.

My approach is grounded in scientific-rigour, whilst also embracing a wider and holistic understanding of wellbeing that honours the mind and body as interconnected.

I created this space for women who may appear to be coping on the outside, but internally feel depleted, disconnected, or exhausted.

This is not about pushing harder or endlessly striving for self-improvement.

It is about rest, rebuilding, reclaiming yourself.

My work offers a compassionate, psychology-informed pathway beyond burnout - integrating reflective support, nervous system regulation, mind-body awareness, and meaningful restoration.

Whether you are feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed by life’s demands, navigating a challenging life transition, or simply longing to connect with yourself, this space is designed to support you with warmth, expertise, and care.

This is not crisis work. Indeed, you do not need to reach this point to deserve support.

Sometimes, healing begins simply by creating space to pause, restore, and come back to yourself.

It is a privilege to support women in this work.
