Whether you have experienced a loss, are struggling to adjust to a challenging stage in your life, or feeling the effects of stress or burnout, I aim to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic space.
I draw upon a range of psychological models in my work, depending upon your needs, and in-line with evidence-based practice. These include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and interpersonal therapies. With an emphasis on the connection between body and mind, I am particularly interested in somatic approaches for health and wellness, and working together to support emotional regulation, and reduce overwhelm.
Following a person-centred assessment of your needs, my aim is to guide you through a process of self-discovery, supporting you to feel empowered to make meaningful change, to live a life aligned with your personal values, and to achieve sustainable well-being.
